ANOVA problems...need help please

Hello,

I am presently working on a dissertation and have no idea which type of ANOVA to run, although I was advised to perform one. I sent out a survey that asked people to respond to levels of importance and levels of competence regarding computer skills. The levels of importance had a different set of qualifiers than the levels of competence list. Is this a one-way repeated measures or a two-way test?:confused:

Please help, I cannot afford the $2000+ to have a statistician do this for me and I am spending way too much on this PhD as it is...:(

It depends on how many factors you are interested in. You can do some reading on Likert scale and survey data analysis. Hope this helps.
