Hi all there!
pls help me out with this problem.
im working in a pvt hospital and i want to show the efficacy of a drug upon another by statistical analysis.
for eg: I treated 15 cases with a drug "X" & another 15 cases with drug "Y". i kept 3 parameters on study while treating a case, i.e pain, stiffness & daily activity and assigned marks [3,2,1] according to the severity for each 3 parameters.
Like
before treatment pain -3, stiffness - 2 and activity -1,
and after treatment pain -2, stiffness -1 and activity - 0.
in all 15 cases with drug "X" and similarly with the rest 15 cases with drug "Y".
Acc to my logic I found that drug "X" was more efficient than "Y", so my question is
1. how to prove that drug "X" is more efficient than "Y" statistically?
