pls help me with this stat prob

Hi all there!
pls help me out with this problem.

im working in a pvt hospital and i want to show the efficacy of a drug upon another by statistical analysis.

for eg: I treated 15 cases with a drug "X" & another 15 cases with drug "Y". i kept 3 parameters on study while treating a case, i.e pain, stiffness & daily activity and assigned marks [3,2,1] according to the severity for each 3 parameters.

Like
before treatment pain -3, stiffness - 2 and activity -1,
and after treatment pain -2, stiffness -1 and activity - 0.
in all 15 cases with drug "X" and similarly with the rest 15 cases with drug "Y".
Acc to my logic I found that drug "X" was more efficient than "Y", so my question is

1. how to prove that drug "X" is more efficient than "Y" statistically?

You can look at one dependent variable at a time, eg. stiffness, calculate the difference of before and after use for each drug, then do a two-sample t-test on the differences. I'ts a one-tailed test.
