Hello,
i'm carrying out some data analysis and i'm a bit lost as to what i should do next.
My data consists of 18 variables. It's a case control study so all of the participants either have or have not got cancer.
I've checked the normality of all the variables, carried out appropriate tests of significance on them, mann-whitney, chi-square etc.....
I've now done binary logistic regression.
Is there anything else i should be doing in terms of statistical analysis?
I may be ok with that, i just want to make sure that i'm not missing some essential analysis.
thanks for taking the time read this,
